EUPar is a platform on which master data can be created (client function)
EUPar only stores „imprint data“:
- address data
- central communication data (telephone, fax, email, internet)
- Bank data (IBAN / SWIFT / BIC)
- Identification numbers e.g. UID / VAT, DUNS, trade register, etc.
and (at least) one contact address for the master data manager (s)
The data is entered via a workflow and (by us) checked for a minimal quality:
- postal correctness of the address
- format of the communication addresses
- IBAN / BIC through a partner
- UID with the web service of the European Union
the vision:
The business partner (host) requires from his new customer / supplier that he receives the master data electronically.
If the address owner (client) changes their master data to EUPar, all (hundreds / thousands) of affiliated companies are informed
