In order to simplify a standardized data exchange of PDF documents, the so-called MetaTag of the IT-Hausverstand is printed on all documents.In MetaTag, the information of the document is printed in plain text – but in standardized form.This will easily solve the problems with the authorization check, file name, etc.

The MetaTag coded:

• EUPar number sender and recipient
• Document number and date (invoices, credit memos but also eg orders and other document types can be sent). The document types can be easily extended – the IT-Hausverstand coordinates the standard
• Optional: net, VAT%, VAT amount, gross, order number and delivery note
